Those participants and accompanying persons needing an official invitation letter for VISA purpose, sent by the local organizing Committee,
are required to fill in the following form (see table) and send it by email as an attachment (Word file) to: ecrs2008@saske.sk
and slivka@upjs.sk.
All participants who need to apply for VISA to enter Slovakia (except Russian, Georgian and Armenian citizens) should attach photocopy of the passport (the page with your photo and personal data) in jpg or gif format.
